The new wave of luxury all-inclusives

The new wave of luxury all-inclusives

Looking ahead to all inclusive holidays 2027? Established luxury names are entering the all-inclusive market, and some eagerly anticipated openings are already taking bookings. Here’s what’s confirmed, what’s still uncertain, and why planning early can give you more choice.

A different kind of all-inclusive is arriving

All-inclusive holidays have changed. A stay can mean a private-pool suite, thoughtful service and destination-led dining, with the convenience of having much of your holiday arranged in one place.

That blend is drawing luxury hotel brands into the market. For travellers, it means fresh options to compare, but it also means limited availability in the most sought-after room categories, especially around opening dates and peak travel periods.

No new resort can be guaranteed to sell out. But if you have your heart set on a particular room, date or opening offer, booking early gives you a better chance of finding a suitable option. Availability and offers can change, so it’s worth checking the details before you commit.

New Caribbean resorts to have on your radar

The Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is expected to open on 8 January 2027. It’s planned as the brand’s first all-inclusive resort, with 148 rooms and suites, selected private-pool accommodation and seven restaurant and bar concepts. Its relatively intimate size and winter opening make it one to consider early if Mexico is on your wish list.

The family-friendly Finest Riviera Cancun has announced an opening date of 11 February 2027. Its resort concept caters for all ages, with areas and club options designed for different types of stay. A useful possibility if you want family facilities alongside quieter spaces for adults.

In Jamaica, UNICO 18°77° Montego Bay is scheduled to welcome guests from 1 March 2027. This adults-only all-inclusive is planned with 451 rooms and suites, nine restaurants and bars, four pools and a strong focus on Jamaican food, culture and experiences.

Not every name being discussed has a confirmed 2027 opening. The Ritz-Carlton All-Inclusive Yanuna in Punta Cana is now reported for 2028, Beaches Runaway Bay has no confirmed 2027 date, and the St. Regis Costa Mujeres opened in 2026. It’s sensible to check the latest status before planning around any of these projects.

The Maldives: new names, dates to watch

The Maldives is also set for a wave of new luxury properties, though opening plans can shift. Rosewood Ranfaru is listed by Rosewood for 2027, with 120 beachfront and overwater villas planned. The Bvlgari Resort Ranfushi is also planned for 2027, with 54 villas in Raa Atoll.

Capella Maldives is being listed as a 2027 target, but a firm opening date hasn’t been confirmed. Maxx Royal Maldives is expected to open in autumn 2027 and plans to bring its Maxx Inclusive concept to the islands. Treat these dates as plans, not guarantees: resort launches can move, and details may change.

Why book early, and how we can help

A new resort may have a smaller opening inventory, and the most requested room types can be limited. Booking early can give you more choice of dates and accommodation, and may give you access to launch offers where available. It doesn’t automatically mean the lowest price, so it’s worth comparing the terms, deposit requirements and cancellation conditions.

The right resort depends on more than its name. Are you travelling as a couple or with children? Do you want a lively pool scene, a quieter beach, a particular room type or easy access to excursions? These details can make one resort a much better fit than another.

We’ll help you compare your options, check what’s currently confirmed and find a holiday that works for your dates and budget. With access to more than 450 travel brands, we can take care of the research and booking details, then support you before and during your trip.

If you’re considering all inclusive luxury holidays for 2027, start exploring early, without feeling you have to figure it all out alone. Speak to Emmitt Travel and we’ll help you find the stay that feels right for you.
